Pumps and Gearboxes can handle gearboxes of any manufacture and size. Even obsolete designs can be overhauled and re-built to meet original specifications.

We offer both a repair and a full reconditioning service; we understand the need for a quick turnaround to keep a plant running and running repairs are a specialty when there is not the time for a full recondition.

Customers gear units are identified, stripped, cleaned and subjected to rigorous inspection. Detailed condition reports are issued, quoting the price and delivery lead times for customer approval prior to proceeding.

Our services are comprehensive; work is carried out to our registered quality system procedures. This may include the replacement of worn gears, shafts and other internal components.

Reclamation is a cost saving facility we offer; worn seal locations can be reclaimed, casings and bearing housings are checked for size tolerances and condition and rectified where required.

We offer a competitive service and deal with all the leading gearbox, bearing and seal manufacturers on original equipment terms.

Installation & Maintenance

Pumps & Gearboxes are able to offer a complete supply and installation service for any product. By being part of a large group of companies we are able to utilise a vastly experienced site installations resource that specialises in engineering installations. We can supply and install the pipe work, steel work, vessels, valves or labour only to ensure a smooth installation. Furthermore, we are able to offer maintenance programmes for products as well as full site maintenance solutions.
