Pandaflo Booster Sets

Single and multi-pump booster sets, with either fixed or variable speed control, are designed to ensure a constant water supply to intermittent and variable demand users. With mains water pressure being reduced year on year to cut leakage costs, demand for pressure booster sets is higher than ever.

Pandaflo booster sets are suitable for all applications, from small residential use up to large high rise flats, available fully WRAS approved. Our in house engineering department ensures that we specify the booster set bespoke for your application.

Fixed Speed Booster Set

• Controlled via pressure switches (hydro-pneumatic operation) and an integral control panel.
• Available as single pump or with two, three or four pumps in any combination of operation.
• Pumps are either end-suction, horizontal multistage or vertical multistage - application and duty dependant.
• The accumulators are sized to provide maximum storage and reduce pump starts on small demands.
• Stainless steel pipe work and manifolds.

Variable Speed Booster Set

Hydrovar Operated

• Variable speed pressure booster set.
• Pump control: (ITT) Hydrovar frequency inverter.
• Balanced control of pressure and flow with up to four inverters communicating for the smoothest assist operation.
• Flow rates: 0.5 L/S – 120 L/S multistage, 2 L/S – 200 L/S end suction.
• Maintenance friendly.
• Pump option – vertical multistage or end suction.
• Pump option – vertical multistage or end suction.

Active Driver

• Variable speed pressure booster set.
• Pump control: DWT Active Driver – with integral pressure and flow sensors.
• Single stage or and multistage pump design.
• Up to 5.5kW (2.2kW single phase).
• Pump option – vertical or horizontal multistage.
• Stainless steel pipe work and manifolds.

Teknospeed

• Single and twin pump.
• Variable speed, variable flow, constant pressure inverter-driven booster set giving the option of either duty/standby; 100% each pump, or duty/assist; 50% each pump.
• Designed for domestic or light commercial applications.
• 230/1/50 supply.
• Stainless steel pipe work and manifolds.
