The Versamatic 1" VALOR AODD (air-operated double-diaphragm) pump is the next generation of AODD technology, delivering higher flow, easier maintenance, and exceptional overall efficiency. Designed for performance and serviceability, VALOR sets a new benchmark in the 1" pump class.
The VALOR achieves flow rates up to 238 l/min (63 gpm) and offers the highest GPM-to-SCFM ratio in its category. Operating pressures reach up to 125 psi, and its enhanced diaphragm and valve design ensures long service life, even under demanding operating cycles.
Built with scalability in mind, the VALOR platform will expand into 1½”, 2”, and 3” models, making it a long-term solution across multiple system designs.
The VALOR is engineered for exceptional serviceability, featuring a combined main and pilot air valve design that allows complete air-side maintenance in around five minutes (compared to 45 minutes on conventional designs). All wet-side bolts are a single size for quick disassembly, and the modular layout includes reversible feet and dual porting options. It is available in polypropylene, PVDF (Kynar®), and conductive polypropylene.
