Inspect & Diagnose

Understand what failed and why

Every repair starts with inspection and fault diagnosis. Our engineers assess the condition of the unit to identify the cause of failure, the extent of wear or damage, and the risk of repeat issues.

This upfront assessment ensures that repair work is targeted, justified and commercially sensible before any commitment is made.

Restore equipment to reliable operation

Where repair is viable, we carry out in-house repairs to OEM specification wherever possible. Components are repaired or replaced as required to restore performance, reliability and safety.

Our focus is on correct, long-lasting repairs, not temporary fixes.

Replace & Supply

When repair is no longer the best option

If repair is not the most effective route, we can support fast replacement through our supply and UK assembly capability. Like-for-like pump, motor or gearbox replacements

Alternative solutions where OEM lead times are extended In many cases, replacement can reduce downtime compared to extended repair cycles.

Improve & Strengthen

Reduce repeat failures and downtime

Where failures occur repeatedly, the root cause is often linked to specification, installation or operating conditions rather than a single component.

We work with customers to improve reliability through:

  • Specification and duty corrections
  • Seal, bearing or material upgrades
  • Alignment and installation improvements

These changes are often small but can significantly extend asset life and reduce ongoing maintenance costs.
